CHAPTER 3 - Launch day
As I gaze out the porthole on our planet I’m struck by the technology that delivered us to the space station today just 100 years ago the horse was still the common form of transport just 24 hours.
In order to be fit or healthy I will be taking yoga classes and fitness classes so that I can go in space and become an astronaut I’m going to my 2 year preparation i'm also going to train 0 gravity.it's going to be amazing.I trained in Houston and Moscow.I had to do an isolation test, so it was tough, but I managed. Training in zero gravity is extremely tricky and because you have to learn to control it.It’s also hard blood circulation and if you don’t learn you will be bashing into stuff in space. I put all my concentration and effort on it.
I feel very scared but I want to do it.
I got strapped in my space suit.I took my last step on planet Earth everyone was cheering and saying make history 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 BLAST OFF everyone was so happy.When we were up in the sky my heart was thumping so loud the other astronauts were scared is well but it was my first time in space I was even more scared I looked out the window I was more terrified but then I was becoming to be calm now.The boosters dropped we went 48 miles up in the sky we finally went in space we were floating in the rocket it was fun and cool then I slept.
I woke up I made my tea everything thing was normal tea was normal it was like living at home the difference was that I was floating and I can do sumersault I also skyped home to see my family and my parents I feel really scared because i’m in space and it’s my first time in space I eat lots of dry food and I eat dinner 3 times a day I also eat lots of fruit like apple. I also going to train for the London marathon.
